Most people choose the 11-inch MOD, but we also have a Mini or Mega option. Our Mega Dough is also 11-inch, but double the dough and gives your pizza an extra thick crust. If you have a smaller appetite, the 6-inch Mini will hit the spot.

These little pot pies were made with a mini-pie pan. When I'm not feeling up to cutting out mini-pie crusts, I make one large gluten-free pot pie, using a 10" pie pan. You can make either, just make sure to adjust your cooking time.
Yes. Divide dough in half and roll each ball of dough out on a gluten-free floured surface with a rolling pin until approximately 10-inches in diameter. Alternatively, roll dough between two pieces of wax paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is brown and flaky on top.

The crust is made up of zucchini, eggs, flour, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. A low carb and more healthy option, and a way to sneak in your veggies for the kids. Top it with some cheese, pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings, and you have yourself a new family favorite!
I found the pizza too salty, so will omit the salt next time. There will be a next time, as I really liked this recipe. I dried my shredded zucchini in the oven for 15 minutes before I made the crust and that helped a lot.
